Mylot trick

Many of you might be a member of Mylot.
As you all know that Mylot does not allow to copy and paste posts till your rating reaches 500. But i have a trick through which you can copy and paste posts in mylot, no matter what your ranking is. For this you don't require any script or software.

It is very simple like adding songs in window media player. Just select the text you want to copy to mylot, instead of 'copy and paste', you just drag the text and drop it into the mylot text box.

This tricks will not work if you want to copy posts from notepad or wordpad.
It will only work with Microsoft office (word, frontpage, powerpoint etc.)

I tried it today (the drag versus paste trick) but it no longer works. I tried it using IE and Firefox with Microsoft word.

Would you possibly know of any more tricks?

Thanks.

I found a solution. Just use the Opera browser - http://www.opera.com/

Just before you are going to paste, press F12 to bring up a menu. Then select Uncheck "Enable Javascript".

Now you can paste.

After pasting, press F12 again and re enable javascript to be able to submit.

Firefox has an Addon called "NoScript" that allows you to disable javascript. However, when you re-enable, it reloads the webpage and you loose what you've pasted.

BTW, thanks for your original tip.

If you're using Firefox, there is another way. Just install the Adblock plugin and add http://www.mylot.com/js/nocopy.js to your blocked list. Voila!
